The Operation Division's Public Services Information & Resource Specialist is the primary support person for the Operations Manager, and at times, the Director of Public Services. Duties include tracking revenue and expenditures associated with the Department and its customers, analyzing short-term and long-term trends, and forecasting.
The Information & Resource Specialist also assists the Department with community outreach opportunites, such as Energy Fairs, coordinating job shadowing with local schools, and educational presentations for summer camps. |
